Sparks of light for a fluid school complex by sea

The new midlle school in Silvi Marina, set in a large area near the sea, has enabled our studio to experience an interesting design challenge: working with elliptical forms only. The school building has two floors and includes a large central courtyard and a terrace which can be used for outdoor educational activities and community centre activities, involving local community. Also the auditorium and the outdoor sports area embody the original design concept.
