Wood design school fully integrated in nature

The extension of Sant’Alessandro primary school, which will accommodate 300 pupils, creates an effective connection with the existing building. Its highly recognizable entrance hall links the new and the old structure. Nature has provided the concept of the building: its organic forms inform the sunshades and the entrance canopies, giving the building plastic depth and dynamism. The intention of the interior architecture is to stimulate the sociability and creativity of children. Project developed in partnership with Abet Laminati S.p.A. for the ventilated façade in MEG.
