A yellow cave as an urban stage

The new gym in Clusone, designed by Settanta7, has been approved by CONI and offers the community an unprecedented opportunity to use the indoor and outdoor spaces for sporting and cultural events. It is used by Atalanta Calcio S.p.a. football team for summer training. It has a façade entirely made of anthracite-coloured titanium zinc. It won the Big See Architecture Award 2021.

The new gym in Clusone is a building with modern and lively shapes, characterized by a pop design that integrates perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The design was conducted strictly following the rules of the CONI, ensuring the safety and functionality of sports facilities, creating a cozy and sustainable atmosphere. Wood was chosen not only for its aesthetics, but also for its eco-compatibility and its ability to
create a healthy environment for athletes.
